By purchasing products or services from XTC Consulting, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and XTC Consulting. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

2. Sales and Payment

All sales are final. Payments must be made in full before services or hardware are provided. We accept various payment methods, and all transactions are secure.

Payment methods we accept include:

  • Business checks (subject to clearance before service delivery)

3. Warranty and Liability

Hardware sold by XTC Consulting may come with a manufacturer's warranty. Labor services are provided "as is" without warranties unless explicitly stated.

XTC Consulting makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of our services for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all such services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

4. Shipping and Lost Items

XTC Consulting is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they leave our facility. Customers should ensure they provide the correct shipping details and may opt for insured shipping options.

We recommend selecting tracked and insured shipping methods for valuable items. Once a package leaves our facility, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.

5. Acts of God

XTC Consulting is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.

In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and resume normal operations as soon as possible.

6. Service Limitations

Labor services are performed to the best of our ability. However, XTC Consulting is not responsible for data loss, software conflicts, or unforeseen hardware failures during or after service.

We strongly recommend that customers:

  • Back up all important data before service
  • Provide all necessary software licenses and installation media
  • Disclose any previous issues or modifications to the hardware

7. Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.

This policy applies to both hardware purchases and labor services. Please ensure you understand the specifications and requirements before making a purchase.
